Covid-19 Latest Information

 

In light of the recent COVID-19 Stage 4 Restrictions; we are pleased to inform you that we are able to remain open at this time.  Whilst we are very lucky to be considered an essential service, we must implement changes to the way we conduct business at the premises.  Please familiarize yourself with the below procedures to ensure a contactless, safe and smooth transaction. 

 

Machinery Servicing & Repairs 

 

• Please call the office on 1300 422 783 to book your service or repair.  

• On servicing day, please call the office to notify us of your arrival at the ACES carpark 

• Mobile machinery is to be left in the carpark, with keys inside. 

• For stationary machinery (compactors, trowels etc) please notify us and a staff member can assist with collection 

• You will receive a call when your machine is ready, and all invoices must be paid via Credit Card or Direct Deposit (no cash under any circumstances) 

• Your machine is to be picked up, once again in the car park. 

• ONSITE - Technicians will only travel to your site for emergency breakdowns, general servicing will be conducted in house only unless it was already booked in prior to stage 4 restrictions. 

• If required onsite, everyone must stay at least a 5 metre radius so our technicians can work safely. 

 

Parts Sales 

 

• All orders MUST be placed via PHONE 1300 422 783 or WEBSITE austces.com.au or EMAIL 

sales@austces.com.au - Absolutely no walk-in counter sales or customers permitted inside the building. 

• All orders must be paid for prior to delivery or collection via Credit Card or Direct Deposit – no  cash. 

• Orders will be sent via courier or the postal system 

• OR Pick-Up's will be contactless, and is via the roller door on the right side of building, please follow the signage 

 

 

• Please call 1300 422 783 for any machinery sales & viewing is by appointment only. 

• No counter sales or walk-in patronage under any circumstances
